High risk foot management and advice.
Podiatrists are the profession responsible for diagnosing and treating people who have an underlying illness/condition that puts their legs and feet at increased risk of injury and disability.
At Practice01 we have very a friendly Podiatry team who all have experience in managing the high risk foot.
All of our Podiatrists have worked in the NHS for many years gaining a wealth of knowledge around the prevention and management of foot disease. This includes patients with diabetes, vascular disease, foot ulceration/amputation, peripheral neuropathy and rheumatoid arthritis.
We can help you with:
- Referral to the NHS Podiatry service if appropriate
- Vascular screening
- Diabetic foot screening
- Neuropathy screening
- Wound care
- Preventative foot care and advice
